Q: Do I need a PayPal account?

A: No, you do not need a PayPal account.  You can pay through PayPal by any major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. 


Q: How can I track my shipment(s)?

A: You can track your order's shipment status through the tracking code. The tracking code is a unique code associated with your order that links to the courier service shipping your order. Once the order has been shipped, the tracking code is listed in the Order Details page. Click on the tracking code to view the shipping information on the courier service's website. 

If you did not receive any tracking number, please send an email with your invoice number and order date to webin@backjoy.com and our experts will help you.


Q: Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?

A: If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
